Do you believe your business will succeed?

How far are you willing to go for your business?

I've had clients get in touch about branding projects, then they choose not to move forward with a project and that's totally fine, but then that's it. They don't rebrand with anyone?!

I was once so close to working with an absolute dream client. We went through multiple proposals (immediate red flag 🚩 in hindsight), we discussed every detail, every outcome. We talked through how a rebrand was going to transform the business. We discussed marketing strategies and ideal audiences. It was all set ready to go ahead, and they pulled the pin last minute.

But then that was it. The business still operated with their existing logo, colour palette and fonts. There were slight (clearly DIY) updates made to their IG feed and nothing else. It was all the exact same.

And it begged the question —

Why didn't they rebrand? Were they not willing to invest in their business because they didn't believe in it?

We all want big things for our businesses. But there's a big difference between thinking about it and actually taking action to achieve it.

And branding is one of them. It's a big investment of money, time and energy. It's saying to yourself, your audience, your business that yes, I do believe in this. I do believe that my business is worth the investment. I do believe my business has the potential to be the success I want it to be. I believe that I can make this business happen.

I believe that this investment is going to lead to

  • a more recognisable brand

  • a brand I'm confident in

  • a business that will be successful (whatever that looks like!)

So, I'll ask again, how far are you willing to go to make your business the success you want it to be?
