Here's how our simple brand audit took our client, Brooke, a women’s health professional, from feeling uninspired and sick of her brand, to feeling in control, confident and excited about the future of her business.
Our client reached out to us wanting to do something about her brand, but she wasn't ready for a rebrand. She wanted to know where she can improve on what she's currently doing. She wanted to know the gaps in her brand from an objective point of view.
Here's what we did.
The Brand
We analysed her brand. Did she have a clear message? A consistent brand voice? A cohesive set of visuals? What about a defined target audience?
Digital Presence
Next, we moved onto her digital presence. What did it look like? Did she have a system setup? What was the customer journey? Was her brand consistent across platforms? Are the right platforms being utilised or underused?
The Website
We analysed her website. How did her brand translate? Was the brand voice present? What about photography? CTA's?
The Competition
Then it was onto her competitors. A visual rundown of her top competitors to quickly analyse where she sat within the market.
The result
After all that, we did a big round up of all the opportunities she had within her brand, topping it off with action items, recommendations, things to try and what to implement. It was a hefty document that has continued to add value months after completing it!
