A business built on helping women, it started when Natalie’s personal journey coincided with an interest in health and wellness. As she realised what true health meant, her priorities shifted from the physical side of health to the internal benefits. Natalie began making choices from a place of self-awareness and self-care instead of self-judgement.

A targeted, highly personalised and sustainable approach, emphasising health as self-care, empowers women to reclaim their health, love their body and feel their absolute best.

the brief

Natalie was at a crossroads in her business. She had an already established brand and reputation, but had realised that as she got older, wiser and more mature, that her business needed to do the same. In order to start attracting a different audience that was more aligned with her business goals, she shifted her focus and a rebrand was required to guide her in the right direction.
