A new brand won’t directly influence your sales.

A rebrand doesn’t equal sales.

A new logo doesn’t equal instant brand awareness.

A fresh look doesn’t equal spontaneous success.

Overnight successes are not real. It might seem like it, but there is a lot behind the scenes that you don’t see.

When your sales are down, when you feel stagnant or stuck, when you’re not growing anymore — you start considering, in desperation, alternate ways to increase your business awareness, get more followers on Instagram or increase sales. You begin turning to your brand identity.

A brand identity won’t fix problems in your business.

It won’t magically create a seamless client experience. It won’t automatically translate to engagement on social media. It doesn’t work unless you do.

This might sound controversial, but a rebrand doesn’t equal results. As a business, we don’t say or market that brand strategy, a new visual identity or working with me will guarantee you X results, X increase in sales, X% ROI.

Why?

Because your business is up to you. You are in charge.

Yes, brand strategy helps align you to your business, understand your goals, intuitively understand your audience and help you market your business effectively. Yes, a new identity works to attract that audience, makes you stand out from your competition and put your business on the map in a visual world.

At the end of the day, what you do with that brand is where you will see success. YOU need to put in the work.

  • Consistent posting on Instagram = brand awareness

  • Value-add content = brand engagement

  • Consistent sales messaging and incentives = increase sales

  • Driving traffic to your website = brand engagement, awareness, sales

  • Cross-marketing strategies on social media = brand awareness

A brand on it’s own does not do all of that.

It is merely the first step in your business success, allowing you to feel confident, show up and believe that you’re worthy of all the success coming your way.

You need to be:

  • Showing up

  • Engaging with your audience

  • Communicating with intention

  • Sharing your business

  • Sharing valuable content

  • Sharing educational content

  • Marketing your business effectively

Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard work, but you get to single-handedly (or with a team) build your business with a soul-led, strategy-driven brand identity that sets you apart.

Take control of your own success.
